OUR CONCRETE CRUSHING PROCESS
TNT Earth Moving employs a mobile concrete crushing plant. We have the capability to crush concrete and asphaltic products that are then used as a base material for bedding storm sewers, water lines, roads, driveways, and more! Rather than adding to landfills, concrete recycling is a better option with several benefits for consumers.
01. Estimate
We first begin by estimating the cost of the project. To accomplish a fair and accurate estimate, we may utilize a drone to map the area we will be working in. Once we finish the initial drone flight, the TNT Earth Moving project manager, creates the client’s quote. This is only a quote, the actual billed amount will be based on the amount of product crushed.
02. Preparation
TNT provides the necessary equipment (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.) and manpower to sort through your concrete pile to remove metal and foreign materials, then pre-size the concrete aggregate material for input into the portable crushing machine. If the raw product is dirty there may be an additional charge to prepare the product for crushing.

Our portable crushing unit comes with a conveyor, the necessary equipment for the job, and manpower to load and properly stockpile the crushed aggregate materials. Our screening unit can develop multiple products on-site at one time to meet the customer’s required specifications. Our radial stacker also allows us to stack your material up to 30 feet high. The material is weighted off the scale at the end of the crusher belt.
