OUR CONCRETE CRUSHING PROCESS

TNT Earth Moving utilizes a mobile concrete crushing plant, enabling us to crush concrete and asphalt products for use as base materials in bedding storm sewers, water lines, roads, driveways, and more! By choosing concrete recycling over landfilling, we provide a more sustainable option that offers numerous benefits for consumers.

 1. Estimate

We start by estimating the project's cost. To provide a fair and accurate estimate, we may use a drone to map the work area. After completing the initial drone flight, the project manager at TNT Earth Moving prepares a quote for client. Please note that this is just an estimate; the final billed amount will depend on the quantity of material crushed.

 2. Preparation

TNT supplies the required equipment (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.) along with skilled personnel to sort through your concrete pile and remove metal and foreign materials. We also pre-size the concrete aggregate for processing in the portable crushing machine. Please note that if the raw material is contaminated, an additional fee may apply to prepare it for crushing.

 3. Crushing

Our portable crushing unit features a conveyor, essential tools for the task, and skilled personnel to load and efficiently stockpile the crushed aggregate materials. Our screening unit can generate multiple products on-site simultaneously, tailored to fulfill customer specifications. Additionally, our stacker enables us to stack your material up to 30 feet high, with the material weighed at the end of the crusher belt.
